3. E-Tickets

Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (e-ticket) via the email address provided during checkout. You must present this e-ticket at the venue entrance. E-tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date selected during purchase.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the visit date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability.

5. Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor who does not comply with safety regulations.

6. Weather and Operational Conditions

The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway may suspend operations due to adverse weather conditions or maintenance requirements. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered alternative dates or refunds at the discretion of the venue.

7. Limitation of Liability

This booking platform acts as an authorized ticket reseller. We are not responsible for the venue's operations, safety measures, or any incidents that may occur during your visit. Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through PayGlobal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayGlobal's terms of service and privacy policy. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
